Materials

2 Tablespoons HAMMM Carob Extract

1 glass of water Milk

1 Cup of whole wheat flour

1 egg

1 tablespoon of cocoa

A pinch of carbonate

For inside

Labne cheese and banana

Fabrication

In a deep bowl, add HAMMM Carob extract, eggs, milk, whole wheat flour, cocoa and carbonate and mix with the whisk.

Pour a scoop of mortar into a pan that has been greased with a little olive oil.

Cook both sides of the pancakes.

Spread the labne cheese on the pancakes and roll with bananas.

Slice and serve.
